Can I get delivery to my hotel or the airport? +
Yes! Delivery is available to select Orlando locations including hotels, Sanford Airport (SFB), and more. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Turo bookings follow Turo's standard cancellation policy. For direct bookings, cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance receive a full refund.
Is there a mileage limit? +
Daily rentals include up to 150 miles per day. Weekly rentals up to 1,000 miles. Monthly rentals may include unlimited miles on select vehicles.
Can I extend my rental? +
Absolutely! Contact us before your return time and we will do our best to accommodate an extension based on availability. Extensions must be confirmed before the original return time.
